He had recently hired a tile contractor to tile his patio, and the workmanship was terrible. Leaving his tiles rippled and popping up all over. Once we pulled the tiles, we found the concrete slab badly cracked and needed extensive repair and preparation with special anti-fracture membrane before we could start tiling. We have provided photos to show how this tile flooring project went in phases, till it was entirely replaced, repaired and redone.
